How a turnover works

Same-day turnovers: checkout at 11 a.m., check-in at 3 p.m.

We schedule around same-day checkouts, linen changes, restocking, and the additional work Pocono properties often require — hot tubs, game rooms, and entries after outdoor use.

Submit the listing

Bedrooms, bathrooms, hot tub, pets, and checkout time. Quotes are based on the actual property.

Turnover completed

After guests depart, we clean, reset beds, remove trash, and prepare the home for the next check-in.

Property returned

Damage, missing items, or leftover belongings are reported so you are informed before the next arrival.

When checkout and check-in are the same day, we schedule to that window. An 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. turnover is standard in this market. Tell us the times when you request a quote.

Do you manage the whole short-term rental, or only clean?

Both. You can book turnovers only, or full STR management — photos, listing creation, and total servicing of the rental. See STR management.

Do you clean offices and other commercial spaces?
