Empty homes
Move-in and move-out cleaning in the Poconos
A vacant-house clean for landlords, sellers, and owners bringing a cabin onto Airbnb for the first time.
Move-out work is not a turnover. The furniture is gone, the fridge is empty (or should be), and every shelf is visible. Cleaning Poconos cleans vacant homes in Monroe, Carbon, and Pike counties so the next occupant — tenant, buyer, or first Airbnb guest — is not starting in someone else’s mess.
Typical move-out scope
- Kitchen cabinets inside and out, appliances, sink, and floors
- Bathrooms including cabinets and fixtures
- All rooms: floors, closets, reachable fixtures, and dust on empty shelves
- Interior glass and tracks where the house still has them
We are a cleaning company, not a junk hauler. If the house is still full of belongings, say so before we schedule.
New STR owners
The first clean before you list is usually a move-out / deep hybrid. After that, switch to Airbnb turnover cleaning so you are not paying empty-house rates on every checkout.
